1. Services

We provide SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business API and e-mail messaging through a web panel and APIs. Features, routes and rates may change; customers are informed of changes that affect them.

2. Your account

You must give correct business details and keep your login and API keys secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use and compliance

You will send messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, and only for lawful purposes.
You will follow TRAI regulations (TCCCPR), DLT rules, Meta's WhatsApp policies and all applicable laws.
Spam, phishing, fraud, misleading or offensive content is not allowed. We may block messages or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Pricing and payments

Services are prepaid. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on our pricing page or in your quote, and exclude GST, which is added to every recharge. Recharges are made online from your panel (UPI, cards, net banking) or by bank transfer, are credited to your wallet and are charged per message at your agreed rates. A GST invoice is issued for every recharge.

Refunds and cancellation

You can stop using the services at any time. Refunds of wallet balance follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Service delivery

Our services are digital; nothing is shipped. Your panel account is activated after sign-up and verification, and a recharge is added to your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed (see the Service Delivery Policy).

Delivery depends on telecom operators, DLT platforms, Meta and recipient devices. We work to deliver every message quickly but cannot guarantee delivery of each message or delivery within a fixed time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected messages. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business or profit.

7. Suspension and termination

Either party may end the service with notice. We may suspend an account immediately for misuse, non-compliance or a legal requirement.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its date; using the services after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Chhatarpur, India.
