• Message data: recipient numbers or addresses, message content and delivery reports processed on behalf of our customers.

• To answer your enquiry, set up your account and provide the services you ordered.

Message recipients

For messages sent through our platform, our customer decides what is sent and to whom, and is responsible for having the recipient's consent where required. We process this data only to deliver the messages and as required by law.

WhatsApp and RCS messages

• WhatsApp Business messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform of Meta Platforms, Inc.; RCS business messages are sent through Google's RCS Business Messaging and the mobile operators. Their own privacy policies apply to how they process this data.
