Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup or monthly fee. You recharge your prepaid wallet and pay per message sent.

Do I get a discount for higher volumes?
Yes. Rates go down as your monthly volume goes up. Share your expected volume in the demo form and we will send a custom quote.
How is a long SMS charged?
An English SMS has 160 characters (70 for Unicode). Longer messages are split into parts and every part is charged as one SMS.
What happens to unused balance?
Your wallet balance stays in your account and can be used for any enabled service.
How can I pay for a recharge?
Recharge online from your panel with UPI, cards or net banking, or pay by bank transfer / UPI to our account. The amount is added to your wallet and a GST invoice is shared with you.
