Service Delivery Policy

DigitalSMS4U provides digital messaging services (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business API and e-mail) through an online panel and APIs. No physical goods are shipped.
Account activation
After you sign up, your panel account is activated once your business details are verified, usually within one working day. Login details are sent to your registered e-mail / mobile.
Wallet recharge
- Online payment (UPI, cards, net banking): the amount is added to your wallet immediately after the payment is confirmed.
- Bank transfer / UPI to our account: the amount is added within 2 working hours of receiving the payment details (business hours: Mon – Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).
- A GST invoice for every recharge is sent to your registered e-mail / available from us on request.
If a confirmed payment is not visible in your wallet, write to [email protected] with the payment reference; we fix it within one working day.
Message delivery
Messages are sent as soon as you submit them (or at the scheduled time). Delivery to the recipient depends on telecom operators, DLT platforms, Meta and the recipient's device, and is shown in your delivery reports.
Setup services
DLT registration help, website / app development and API integration are delivered as agreed in your quote or proposal, with the timeline written there.
