Why should I authenticate my domain?
SPF and DKIM records prove to Gmail, Outlook and others that you are allowed to send for your domain. Authenticated email lands in the inbox far more often.
Can I send transactional emails by API?
Yes, order confirmations, password resets and alerts can be triggered from your application.
What happens to bounced emails?
Hard-bounced addresses are added to a suppression list and are not mailed again, which protects your sender reputation.
Do I need my own domain to send emails?
Yes. Emails are sent from your own domain (for example [email protected]) after we help you add SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, which gives the best inbox delivery.
Can I see opens and clicks?
Yes. The panel shows sent, bounced, opened and clicked for every campaign, so you know exactly how your emails perform.
Is there a limit on how many emails I can send?
